Tips For Glowing Skin Under Your Makeup
- Drink enough water
Believe it or not, you probably aren't drinking enough water. Depending on how much you weigh, the recommended amount of water to drink on a daily basis is anywhere from 90 to 150oz. That seems like a lot so we suggest you start off with at least 64oz a day and gradually increase your intake from there.
- Exfoliate your skin
Whether you have sensitive skin, dry skin, etc. you should exfoliate. This will help to regenerate your skin cells and remove dead ones from the surface to reveal brighter and more rejuvenated skin. Do this at least two to three times a week for best results!
- Use Sunscreen
Many people underestimate the power of sunscreen. We recommend using sunscreen that contains any SPF amount between 30 and 50!
- Take vitamins
Vitamin C, D, E, K and Zinc are great for your skin cells. To improve your overall health, include these in your daily routine.
- (BONUS TIP) Eat antioxidant rich foods!
Antioxidant rich foods will help you develop glowing skin from the inside out. These foods include grapes, berries, oranges, pecans and walnuts.
